Jets.com Jet Card Referral Program

Whether you fly with us, advise someone who does, or simply know someone who deserves a smarter way to charter, we’d love your introduction. Here’s how our referral program works and what you can expect.

Program Overview

Refer someone who buys a Jet Card with at least a $220,000 deposit within six months of your introduction, and we’ll send you $10,000, either by check or as flight credits, your choice. You must submit your referral through the Referral Form on Jets.com to be eligible.

1. Who Can Participate

The Jets.com Referral Program is open to anyone who can make a great introduction — Jet Card owners, charter clients, wealth advisors, attorneys, travel advisors, hotel concierges, brand ambassadors, content creators, and more. To qualify, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be a resident of the United States.
  • Submit your introduction through the official Referral Form on Jets.com.
  • Be personally eligible to receive the reward (it can’t be redirected to your employer or another party, unless your firm’s policy requires otherwise, in which case, please note this on your referral submission).

Jets.com may ask for verification of identity, residency, or eligibility at any time. Where local laws or your professional obligations restrict referral rewards, this program is void.

2. How It Works

  • Submit the form. Fill out the Referral Form on Jets.com with your details, the person you’re introducing, and confirmation that you have their permission to share their contact information.
  • We take it from there. A Jets.com Private Aviation Advisor will reach out to your referral. If you’d like to nominate a specific advisor you’ve worked with, you can flag that on the form.
  • Your referral becomes a Jet Card owner. Once they purchase a Jet Card with an initial deposit of at least $220,000 within six months of your introduction, your reward is unlocked.
  • We get in touch about your reward. We’ll email you to confirm how you’d like to receive it. You will be asked to complete a W9 form for payment and verification.

3. Earning Your Reward

A referral qualifies for a reward only when all of the following are true:

  • You submitted the Referral Form before the person you referred had any active conversations with Jets.com.
  • The person you referred is not already a Jets.com client and has not been in contact with us in the last six months. (If they’re already in our system or in active discussions with one of our Advisors, the introduction is not eligible for a reward.)
  • The person you referred is not a spouse, child, or a business entity like a LLC.
  • The referred person purchases a Jet Card with an initial deposit of at least $220,000 within six months of your submission.
  • The referred person’s purchase has been fully paid and verified by Jets.com.

Eligibility is determined by Jets.com at our sole discretion, and our decisions are final.

4. Your Reward

  • Amount. $10,000 per qualified referral. One reward per qualified referral.
  • How you receive it. If you're not already a Jets.com client, you can choose between a $10,000 check or $10,000 in Jets.com flight credits applied to a new account. If you're already a Jets.com client, the $10,000 flight credit will be added directly to your existing account balance.
  • When you receive it. Within 60 days of the referred client’s Jet Card purchase being fully paid and verified.
  • Cash only where stated. Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash beyond what’s offered above.

5. Taxes & Paperwork

Referral rewards are considered taxable income. Before we can issue payment, we’ll ask you to complete an IRS Form W-9 and confirm your state of residency. If you receive $600 or more from Jets.com in a calendar year, we’ll issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC. You’re responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes that apply to your reward.

6. Representing Jets.com

Participating in the program doesn’t make you an employee, agent, partner, or salesperson of Jets.com. When you introduce someone to us, please do so in a personal capacity. Specifically, you may not:

  • Represent or imply that you’re acting on behalf of Jets.com.
  • Use the Jets.com name, logo, trademarks, or marketing materials without our prior written consent.
  • Create or share materials that suggest you’re endorsed by, affiliated with, or authorized by Jets.com.

We reserve the right to revoke participation and withhold or cancel rewards for any violation of this section.

7. The Rules

  • No self-referrals. You can’t refer yourself, your spouse, your children, or accounts you control.
  • No duplicates or workarounds. Multiple accounts, fake submissions, manipulated information, or any attempt to game the program will void your eligibility and may result in permanent removal.
  • Play it straight. All referrals must comply with anti-spam and privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA. No unsolicited commercial messages, no automated outreach, no purchased contact lists.
  • Permission required. You must have the person’s permission to share their contact information with Jets.com before you submit the form.

8. Program Changes & Limitations

Jets.com may modify, pause, or end the referral program — including reward amounts, eligibility criteria, and qualifying actions — at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on Jets.com. We’re not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures that affect form submissions, eligibility decisions, or reward delivery. The program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
