Jets.com Renews Esteemed ARGUS Certification, Reaffirming Its Commitment to Safety, Integrity, and Excellence in Private Aviation
Published: May 19, 2025
Global private aviation leader Jets.com is proud to announce the renewal of its ARGUS Certified Broker status, one of the most distinguished safety accreditations in the industry. This recognition by ARGUS International, one of the world’s leaders in aviation safety, affirms Jets.com’s steadfast dedication to operational excellence, transparency, and client safety.
“We’re proud to have once again earned the confidence of ARGUS with the renewal of our Certified Broker accreditation,” said Chris Lamb Williams, Director of Flight Operations and Head of Safety & Compliance at Jets.com. “This recognition a powerful reflection of the values we live by every day: accountability, expertise, and an uncompromising commitment to our clients’ safety and peace of mind.”
Achieving ARGUS Certified status requires first earning the Registered Broker designation, followed by a comprehensive on-site audit conducted by accredited aviation safety professionals. Fewer than 50 brokers globally are Registered; only a select few go on to become Certified.
Jets.com became one of only 16 ARGUS Certified Brokers worldwide in 2023, and today remains one of just seven charter brokerages in the United States to hold this distinction, underscoring its leadership in safety, diligence, and client advocacy.
ARGUS Certified Brokers adhere to ten core standards of excellence, including financial integrity, deep aviation knowledge, and robust protocols for compliance, training, and continuous improvement.
"It is our pleasure to welcome back Jets.com to the family of Certified ARGUS Brokers,” said Tony Jobusch, Program Manager, Business Aviation at ARGUS. “Their business model, attention to safety, detail, regulatory compliance, operator interface and customer service are the cornerstone of the ARGUS standard. The team members are true aviation professionals.”
Safety is at the core of Jets.com’s operations. The company’s Assured Safety Program is built on five key pillars: a proprietary Quality Safety Management System (QSMS), a rigorously vetted network of operators, an expert Mission Control team, robust insurance protocols, and best-in-class certifications, which include the ARGUS Certification.
Jets.com’s Mission Control team - led by aviation professionals, including majority former pilots - monitors every detail of each flight, from aircraft readiness and airspace restrictions to weather and airport activity, working closely with the Client Services team to ensure every journey is safe, seamless, and precisely executed. This comprehensive approach has helped Jets.com maintain a flawless safety record for over 16 years.
“Safety isn’t a checkbox at Jets.com, it’s a continuous pursuit and is ingrained in everything we do,” added Williams. “Our clients trust us with their most valuable asset: their time. This certification is a testament to the work we put in behind the scenes to ensure that every trip meets the highest possible standard.”
With this renewal, Jets.com further solidifies its position as a trusted global leader in private aviation, offering clients peace of mind through unwavering accountability, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on safety.
