Dem Jet Inc dba Jets.com (the Air Charter Broker) arranges flights on behalf of the client (Charterer), acting as an “Authorized Agent” for the client. Jets.com will always contract for transportation services only FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent that operate and exercise full operational control over those flights. Charterer acknowledges that Jets.com is not a direct air carrier.
