Introducing the New Jets.com Safety Board
Published: June 3, 2026
A new panel of aviation leaders will provide independent oversight of the company’s safety program
Ask anyone in private aviation about "safety," and you'll hear the same word from every operator and every charter broker. Ask how they actually deliver on it, and the answers get a lot shorter.
That's why we're proud to introduce the Jets.com Safety Board: a four-member panel that pairs our internal leaders with independent industry experts and brings more than 130 years of combined aviation experience to the table.
The Board meets bi-weekly to review our safety operations, provide independent oversight of our processes, and confirm ongoing compliance with applicable regulations. It's the latest evolution of our Assured Safety program, and one more reason every Jets.com flight starts and ends with safety.
"Safety isn’t just a standard, it’s the foundation of everything we do at Jets.com. Our role on the Safety Board is to ensure that culture lives in every flight plan, every operator review, and every client conversation. After more than 40 years in aviation, I can tell you: our goal is to set the bar the rest of private aviation aspires to."
— Captain Bob Archibald, Chief Safety Officer, Jets.com

A Cornerstone of the Assured Safety Program
The Safety Board is one of core pillars of the Jets.com Assured Safety program, alongside the company’s proprietary Quality Safety Management System (QSMS), Mission Control team, Assured Operator Network, layered insurance protections, Emergency Response Plan, and independent safety certifications from ARGUS and Wyvern. Jets.com has maintained a flawless safety record across 17+ years and more than 8,000 flights annually.
