After completing a four-week onboarding program focused on aircraft, aviation, and the company’s core offerings, every new Private Aviation Advisor at Jets.com is paired with a senior mentor, regardless of whether they are new to the industry or bring years of experience.

Mentors and mentees meet regularly, navigating real-world scenarios together: working through unpredictable logistics, refining client pitches, and comparing notes. Mentees gain not just an understanding of the role, but the standards, judgment, and care that define it.

“Empowering the next generation of aviation consultants is vitally important in this fast-paced industry," says John DePasquale, Vice President of Sales at Jets.com, who joined the firm in 2020 and today leads company-wide onboarding programs.
